Jason Tschida, an alumnus of the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul MN, is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry and a successful entrepreneur. Jason earned his degree in accounting, a solid foundation that equipped him with the necessary skills to navigate the complex financial landscape of business operations.

Jason's fascination with the food industry began at a tender age, when he first started working in restaurants. This early immersion into the sector not only ignited his passion for food but also provided him with a practical understanding of the demanding yet rewarding nature of restaurant work. Over the years, his deep-seated passion, coupled with his accounting prowess, led him to purchase a restaurant in 2020.

From that point, Jason committed himself to not just owning a restaurant but mastering the science of running a successful one. He cultivated an extensive understanding of the multifaceted operations of the restaurant business, delving into areas such as food costing, menu engineering, and vendor negotiation. Recognizing the importance of expert advice, Jason incorporated the wisdom of experienced consultants into his growth strategy.
